How to install and activate an eSIM

A step-by-step guide to installing an eSIM on iPhone and Android: add the profile, select your mobile data line and configure it for your trip.

iPhone

1. Settings → Cellular (or 'Mobile Data')
2. 'Add eSIM'
3. 'Use QR Code'
4. Scan the QR code From the email or your account
5. Done! eSIM added

Android

1. Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile network / SIM cards
2. 'Add carrier'
3. 'Scan QR code'
4. Point camera at the QR code
5. Done! eSIM installed
